    I always hated running laps for that reason.

    Cross country running was okay cause you find yourself in a different place at the end, but laps and treadmills are the worst.

    I don't see how any if you run in a treadmill.

    It kills my knees. I got a bad knee anyway.

    If I cardio at the gym I'm hitting the elliptical with the chicks.

    I can go on those for days, love it. Put a hoodie on and just start going.

    Get done and knees are fine. Excellent.
