I would freak out if such events took place. There would be no more excuses for VY. I just try to think what would have happened on the play where Gage dropped the wide open pass..... hmmmmm. Boldin would have caught the ball one handed, punched one defender while back flipping over the safety and then moon walked in for six.

 

Boldin and Gage would be a pretty good combinatrion. Unless the Falcons game for Gage was not abnormal. In which case, we are in deep ****.

 

I took it as what he was saying is that our TE's and RB's are the only ones who can actually catch

 

I kind of took it the way that our WR's suck and that stat just made Alge Crumpler go up my fantasy ranks.

 

I'd have to say I'm on any boat that doesn't strand us with our current corps. sure Pickens and Thigpen weren't who we thought they were, but they were both on the downside of their careers

On a serious note isn't Nate Washington still available? The WR who played for the Steelers last season.

 

I don't know... I did see him make a couple of catches earlier tonight for the Steelers, though.

 

Oh I didn't see where he got re-signed.
