    he's also one of the hardest to evaluate. RBs out of the spread, IMO, have a bigger chance of failing than QBs that come out of the spread.

    obviously, from those clips, his best play is the draw. how does that translate to the nfl?

    Most Texas fans will tell you we did him a disservice by not running him out of the I formation. He is at his best when he gets the ball and can read his blocks.

    Here is what you want to pay close attention to in those videos, his ability to get yards after contact. His ability to catch the ball out of the backfield. His ability to read his blocks and explode past defenders. Finally look how many of those runs are between the tackles.

    What i wish they would post on youtube is all times last season he got hit in the backfield and turned a loss into a gain, we had a very young oline last year and he was forever having to dodge a dlinemen that came into the backfield untouched.

    Runningback period is the toughest position to evaluate but also keep in mind that he shared the backfield in 2k6 with Selvin Young who is the starter for Denver and in every way he out classed Selvin that year.
