    Here's a scenario for ya:

    Titans get the Redskins' 1st rounder as compensation for tampering.

    Titans trade up to the Jags #8 w/ the #13 and their 2nd rounder and draft QB Matthew Stafford

    Then I don't give a damn who they draft at #30.

    Here's another scenario.

    The NFL finds out the Steelers, Cardinals, Eagles and Ravens were all involved in drug usage. The Steelers are stripped of their Superbowl and it is given to the Titans.

    That is just as likely to happen as your scenario.
