D.J Moore's stock is slipping, not rising. He'll be available at 30 if not longer.

Beanie will go higher than 31 imo.

Here's a scenario for ya:

Titans get the Redskins' 1st rounder as compensation for tampering.

Titans trade up to the Jags #8 w/ the #13 and their 2nd rounder and draft QB Matthew Stafford

Then I don't give a damn who they draft at #30.

Here's another scenario.

The NFL finds out the Steelers, Cardinals, Eagles and Ravens were all involved in drug usage. The Steelers are stripped of their Superbowl and it is given to the Titans.

That is just as likely to happen as your scenario.

5. Cleveland - DE Everette Brown (FSU) I'm hoping for a miracle Brown falls to the late mid of the draft...but he probably goes here. Have to hope Cleveland takes Orakpo or Maybin instead. Raji could go here or Crab if available.
6. Cincinatti - OT Eugene Monroe (Virginia) Good pick but not sure he's still here. Could see them going D or WR. Could go RB?
7. Oakland - WR Michael Crabtree (Texas) Al Davis loves big and fast...Maclin's a bigger playmaker or he could go DHB crazy. Or they could go OL if a OT is still here.
8. Jacksonville - QB Matthew Stafford (Georgia) - be careful what you wish for...I think they'd look for OT, WR, or Raji. I can't see them passing on Stafford if he's there...but stranger things have happened!
9. Green Bay - OT Andre Smith (Alabama) - Good pick or D (Raji, Tyson Jackson or OLB - Brown, Orakpo, ect).
10. San Fransisco - WR Percy Harvin (Florida) Think they go Sanchez, WR (think this is too early for Harvin), or D...DE or Cushing?
11. Buffalo - DT BJ Raji (Boston College) HOPE they go Pettigrew here...otherwise unlikely Brown makes it past. This is the speed bump for a Raji or Brown or Orakpo. None shall pass...!
12. Denver - QB Mark Sanchez (USC) They better HOPE he's here. Think they need to trade up with San Fran, go RB, Raji, OLB, or CB.
13. Washington - OT Michael Oher (Mississippi) Could go OT...more likely want a pass rusher to help AH or another young disruptive DT (Jerry). Secondary is also long in the tooth.
14. New Orleans - LB Brian Cushing (USC) Solid pick though I think they need an upgrade in the secondary! VDavis? Jenkins? Butler?
15. Houston - CB Michael Jenkins (Ohio State) DE, OLB, CB are high priorities...but could be intrigued by adding more playmakers on offense to open things up more for Johnson. percy Harvin could be a screwball pick here.
16. San Diego - LB Rey Maualaga (USC) Or a RB like Moreno or Beanie Wells.
17. NY Jets - WR Darius Heyward-Bey (Maryland) Can NOT see this pick. With TJones holding out...RB is a likely pick. Harvin could also be the pick (unless Maclin's still around). Could also take a chance on a Maybin, Matthews, or Tyson Jackson.
18. Denver - DE/OLB Robert Ayers (Tennessee) NO WAY. Where is he gonna play. 4.90 is slow for a MLB and he doesn't play MLB. Major projects with no speed going from DE to OLB doesn't make sense...especially since he doesn't sack the QB.
19. Tampa Bay - LB James Laurinitis (Ohio State) Have a feeling JerryDT, best OLB, or CB goes here. Could also go RB.
20. Detroit - QB Josh Freeman (Kansas State) Could see this happening, but I don't like Freeman here personally. Think Detroit should take OT (if Stafford was first pick) or best of RB, WR, DT, DE, CB.
21. Philadelphia - RB Knowshon Moreno (Georgia) Good pick...but the Eagles NEVER take a RB in rnd 1. Could see OT if worthy, DT, CB, LB or WR.
22. Minnesota - CB DJ Moore (Vanderbilt) Not a chance. Moore is under 5'9 and could beat a 4.56 40. He's in rnd 2 at best. Could take best CB, WR, QB (Freeman?), DT, LB, or Pettigrew.
23. New England - OL Max Unger (Oregon) Probably take best DL, LB, CB, S though this would be an excellent pick for them!
24. Atlanta - DE Michael Johnson (Georgia Tech) Wouldn't touch MJ in rnd 1...but someone might. Think the Falcons would look LB, CB before project DE. Could also see Pettigrew going here to 'complete' the offense or another weapon (Harvin?).
25. Miami - DT/DE Jeria Perry (Mississippi) - Good pick...but think they go in another direction.
26. Baltimore - CB Vontae Davis (Illinois) Or MLB (laurinatis) or CB.
27. Indianoplis - LB Clay Matthews (USC) Don't think there's a chance in this. Need another top notch WR or perhaps another RB. Defensively, could totally see them going DT (they will pray for Jerry to drop).
28. Philadelphia - TE Brandon Pettigrew (Oklahoma State) Nice pick if he lasts this long!
29. NY Giants - CB Darius Butler (Connecticut) At the moment, Hakeem Nicks is much more likely (or Britt or DHB or Robiskie).
30. Tennessee - CB Alphonso Smith (Wake Forest) Don't think so over Nicks or a handful of other possibilities but would be a solid pick.
31. Arizona - HB Chris "Beanie" Wells (Ohio State) Wouldn't they like to see a top 10 talent fall to them here.
32. Pittsburgh - OT Eben Britton (Arizona) Alex Mack is another possiblity. They seriously need OL help!
