Casey rips Henry for not showing up to Voluntary Workouts

Casey is being melodramatic, this is a big nothing

 

Someone remind him what "voluntary" means

 

I have no issue with him not showing up, but maybe just send your coach a text saying that you're gonna be a little late or not going to be in town. Would make this go from a non-story to literally no story.

 

"Hey coach, you know that thing I don't need to go to, I am not going"

After reading the article I must have missed the "ripping" part. Sounds like a non-story to me.

Titans coach Mike Mularkey said he has "no concerns" about Derrick Henry being a no-show for the beginning of offseason workouts on Monday.

We didn't think much of Henry's absence, but a bunch of news outlets made a big deal of it, and so we felt obligated to blurb. These workouts are entirely voluntary and have little to no relevance as it pertains to the 2017 NFL season. "I’ve seen some video of Derrick in the weight room," Mularkey said when asked about Henry's absence. "He is absolutely working out, and I know he is in great playing shape right now. I have no concerns about it, and won’t."
