    A Raydah and good return man. Restricted though. With the moves the Raydahs have made, they may not be able to touch an offer the Titans make.

    Good returner, I know that much. I dunno how much playing time he got, be Raiders have had a good secondary lately (especially 2 years ago).

    Played at BSU. He's super quick. And a really good guy. Did a lot of work at the children's hospital in Boise where I take my kids.
