I like the first option, but I think we'll go DE in either of the first two rounds.

problem with both of those is we dont get a DE on the first day. i would take any of the first day DE's over michael bush at this point.

The problem with that is that there is a good chance that we won't be able to get appropriate value at our pick at DE

I've seen some mocks that have Charles Johnson falling past us round 2 I doubt it but does anyone know why or if it's just a coincidence. If we got Harrell then Charles Johnson round 2 that would be awsome.

Anyway I'm not sure about any of those there decent but I'm not high on Robison or Bazuin I think they are what we have already undersized DE's who can only play the pass. Kasey Studdard is a blue collar guy that I think will struggle in the NFL because of a lack of athleticsm. Uche Nwaneri could be a decent sleeper but he is lazy and doesn't have a great work ethic.

The first days are decent though the first one is pretty good but then our D is screwed. I'm kind of torn on where to go on draft day.

Jamaal Anderson is a no-brainer if he's there and it's a big if. Carriker could be gone and I don't want him either way because he is not explosive 7.5 sacks last year and is slow changing directions we need pressure.

I think day one should go like this:

    1. Justin Harrell DT Tennessee or 1. Chris Houston or Aaron Ross CB
    2. Eric Wright CB UNLV 2. Quentin Moses DE Georgia
    3. Aundrea Allison WR East Carolina 3. Aundrea Allison WR East Car.

    Day 2:

    4. Baraka Atkins DE Miami or 4. Antonio Johnson DT Miss. St.
    4. Kenneth Darby RB Alabama
    5. Jacoby Jones WR Lane
    6. Jared Zabransky QB Boise St.
    6. Marvin White S TCU
    6. Mansfield Wrotto G Georgia Tech
    7. Michael Allen TE Whitworth

Yeah he was a huge dissapointment this year. On top of that some lackluster workouts and bam he's out of the first round. It doesn't help he's undersized either.(he has the frame to get bigger but right now is undersized.)

    just 33 tackles 4 1/2 sacks and 12 tfl 1 fr 1 pd 32 pressures

    the year before 44 tackles 11 1/2 sacks 20 1/2 tfl 2 fr 1 ff 2 pd 38 pressures

thats quite a dropoff. But if we go Harrell or CB round 1 he could be a great pick in round 2 and quite a steal if he returns to form which I think he will.

He has it all to be great. He's explosive, agile, has the frame and height, athleticsm, and gets after the QB but just needs some coaching and time in the weight room which can be said for a lot of players.

  10. sounds like he hit a senior slump to me...
