Chance Warmack injury thread

If Warmack hadn't been picked that high... or in the first round, at all... I wouldn't be sitting here with "bust" on my mind.

Not his fault we did it so early... but he is almost a bust.

 

If you have to argue why he isn't a bust, he is a bust.

 

He's playing like a 5th rounder, barely good enough to keep around...

 

I really do not like these tall ass guards. That position requires a lot of leverage and when you are going up against guys the same weight and a few inches shorter than you, it isn't going to be pretty.

 

who's tall? warmack?

 

Bell, Meredith, and Poutasi, even though he is playing tackle.

6'5'' is pretty damn tall at guard.

 

it is tall for Guard.. But theyre both wider guys so they fill the space good

 

Are the lineman that bad or do the coaches not know how to make a blocking scheme simple enough for them to be able to know what they are doing?
Our line has been awful since Mawae left I know we have a lot of young players but I figured the coaches could do something to make it easier for them.

 

Pass blocking is pretty basic, these guys are just bums mostly, they're all doing well in the run game tho

 

I thought JC was raving about how good he was playing last year. He played 1 game this year which we dominated, then got hurt.
