I would be fine with Adams and Davis.....but at #5 you really should take a guy that can get after the QB if you already have your franchise QB and LT.

 

I feel the same way, but I really find it hard to take a safety when we hit on Byard, a guy not even invited to the combine....unless you are getting Eric Berry or some other transcendent safety, it is hard for me to wrap my head around it...again,i'm hoping we trade out with Cleveland and get 12 and 33

 

I'd be surprised to see Davis at #23. Also, we better get a 2nd for that trade back.

Do Adams and Byard play the same safety position?
I'd like Adams, plays with swagger and read he's similar to Berry

 

Byard played both SS and FS last season.

 

Perfect, Byard at FS and Adams at SS

 

Safety at #5 is one hell of a luxury pick.

 

5 is the Rams pick, it's already a luxury pick lol
I think Adams would help this D, I'd rather have him than Williams at 5

 

I hope we find a trade partner for five unless someone like Allen falls. Adams wouldn't be a bad pick depending upon what we sign in FA.

I wouldn't be mad if we took Davis at five and I'm warming up to Thomas even.
