    It's a hard one for me to answer. He wouldn't be my first choice and not knowing who he is contending with, it makes it an unsure, I will say this, I do take him ahead of some other names being thrown around here.

    The reason Chip wouldn't work here isn't because of his ability or inability as a coach.

    It's because he's not "nice enough" for the Tennessee Pie-making fans.

    Kelly's offense has a habit of making the defensive side of his teams look awful. Even if we did manage to keep Lebeau on staff the defense would go back to looking like the 2014 Titans defense. No defense will hold up when they are on the field for 40 minutes a game.

    If this team trades a 1st round pick for any head coach they are plain old STUPID. Doing it for Kelly would be even worse. It would be different if we were talking about a guy who had won multiple title games, SBs, and made a bad team amazing. None of that can be said for Kelly.

    Giving up a 1st round pick for a coach would be the worst decision in a very long list of bad decisions this team has made!
