Lol so who would we have ran instead? A bunch of the scrub backups we've had/drafted in recent years? ALL of them sucked.

And people reminiscing about Lendale must have forgot how happy everyone was when we let him walk.

have you seen :cj: since he got payed????????

It would not have mattered who we ran. Street FAs would have been just as good, and I would argue better because of the minimum CAP wasted on them.

we praise players for doing a good job but we continue to lose games. This coaching staff has lost their damn mind. How bout when we win 2 games in a row then we start praising players for doing their job. ( praise for doing their job, not a good job..... difference)

we have lost 5 of 6 games and our coaches are praising our players for a good job?? I have a problem with this. Other teams are playing better and telling their players they need to do a better job. This speaks to the level of idiocy in our coaching staff. I wouldn't say butt-hurt, I would say pissed off fans, 10 years of no playoff wins will do that! We are not ignorant either, that is on the coaching staff .

I hope you aren't anyone's boss. It must be a terrible work environment.

You can compliment someone on an aspect of their job that they'd done well and still demand improvement. In fact, most people respond well to that sort of thing. If you are blowing up someone for not doing something, then they actually do that right, and you still blow up on them.... they probably aren't going to see a lot of reason to fight hard for you.

I work for the airlines, it is dam hard industry and if you don't do your job your fired. There is also no room for error when you work with aircraft. If there is an error the FAA is involved and you can kiss your job goodbye. All that matters in this industry is on time performance, a 5 second delay to a flight and American wants answers. Companies only look at bottom line unfortunately and that is where I get that mentality from

bottom line here is W and L. How can we praise players and we are at 4-7. You always see Manning after the game saying we need to get better and he focuses on what needs to improve but he never comes out with a full blown praise for anyone.

That's retarded. I work a high pressure job where a mistake could cost my company millions. ...and we are constantly audited by the government and are susceptible to huge fines if a letter goes in the mail a day later or we miss a middle initial on a document, etc.

I still get praised when I do things well.

what can i tell you dude, airlines just care about on time departures, they dont care how you get it done as long as you get it done on time and if it isnt done on time, people are reprimanded.
