JC, why do you prefer Ringer to CJ when they both ran behind the same line last year and CJ was WAY better? I mean, really? Please explain. Please.

Truthfully, Ringer has a bit more oomph when he runs, so even if he gets clobbered in the backfield, he has a better chance of breaking through and gaining yards.

He also has good vision, whereas CJ's vision is questionable.

Ringer may not have blazing speed or strength, but he's a smart player, and right now smarts may be just what we need.

Uh, he doesn't get as many yards as the guy you're wanting to replace with him. That's actually not debatable either.

I would certainly bet Ringer would be averaging more than 1.1 yards a carry lol

I personally think Ringer should be happy having a job in the NFL. Much less getting on the field.
