I'm just glad it's over! There was no way a trade was going to occur. At some point one side was going to give and in the end Bud did. Really surprises me because in the past he has let good quality players walk, but in the end CJ got his deal and I can't wait to see him on the field! It's going to be an exciting year!

There was no surprise here at all.
How many time has this team let a guy in his prime walk over a contract?

Glad everyone else is so thrilled that the Titans caved like a bunch of cowards and overpaid this little girl.

Especially after the stupid sh** he said on twitter just a day ago...

    You're all fake fans. Remember?

I was praying he'd waste his career away not playing- while any plug-n-play back we could use exposed his legacy with each and every snap.

    13 mill a year.

Way to F the team over for one overrated, replaceable, will be done in 1 year, sits out of big games for phantom injuries, no heart having, ducking out of bounds, one dimensional scat-back...

Of all times to overpay... we overpaid the dumbest position.

He lost all the leverage he had and was continuing to do so day by day... and the Titans buckled like they were the ones needing him.

Maybe our FO doesn't know about our offensive line. We could have another Chris Johnson by tomorrow, no sweat for a fraction of the cost.

Its actually less than 10 per year .. This is an extension of the current two years left .. so at 9.whatever its a pretty good deal for us .. and the guarantee is good for him. Worked out well for both parties.

I don't really see 9.3 per year is overpaying for the best RB in football.
