I didn't see ppl getting all over Cox for giving up on that td by their rb. People hold an unfair standard for griffin. He is a solid fs. Is he a hof no. But he has had a good career and can make tackles in the backfield like he did on ivory last game.

 

I don't think that's quite fair. He was in a split backfield with Fred Jackson for a few years there so he didn't get a ton of carries. He average 5.2ypc in 2011, 6.0 in 2012, and 4.8 in 2013... plus about 40 catches per season on top of that.

That said, I'm not saying he's the answer to our troubles. I think I'd take him over anything we have here, but we can do better.

 

Plenty of people been ripping Cox for that BS. That was one of the most shameful things I've seen in awhile by a Titan player.

My problem with Griffin is he's just so damn inconsistent. He might have a solid game one week and then the next he looks like a rookie playing his first ever game.
