Anyone who says that CJ isn't a tough runner, isn't good between the tackles, doesn't break tackles, is only good with a huge hole or bouncing it outside....(caugh caugh Gloat) simply doesn't watch this guy play. He's a beast. Dudes just bounce off of him and he's got incredible patience waiting for blocks to develop

Not true at all. You seem to be one of the only ones who has that opinion. You are flat-out wrong.

Johnson has very strong hips and actually gets a lot of yardage after first contact. Look at the numbers, they are out there. Watch the tape and set aside your biases for once.

Just because Johnson isn't truck-sticking guys like in Madden doesn't mean that he isn't shedding arm tackles. He cuts so fast that guys touch him but rarely stick him. He has incredible vision and hits the hole hard. He's one of the best short-yardage backs in the league.

I don't really know what more you expect out of him. There is no such thing as a back who doesn't get stuffed for a loss or no gain every once in a while. He doesn't run guys over because he has already made a cut and run past them.

He's tough. I'll give him that. He takes a beating.

But there's a reason he's a hit or miss back. And that's due to him not being strong enough to push through a tackle or 2. And the numbers are not out there. Those numbers count missed tackles as people that were juked. It skews the numbers quite heavily.

He can make people miss, he can run past them, but he's never going to overpower anyone larger than 170lbs. He's never going to put on moves that get him out of heavy traffic. He's just not that kind of back.

He's not AP, LT, etc. He's Desean Jackson at RB. No complaints, but people pretending he's a balanced back are fooling themselves. He's all or nothing.

You're just a hater man. We all know it though so it's expected, but CJ is legit, definitely the best RB in the past 10 years, and you just can't admit it. You're probably still embarrassed cuz you thought he'd be a bust when we drafted him. Whatever. AP the fumbling bulldozer couldn't carry CJs pads. And jukes are broken tackles. Anytime a guy has a clear shot on you and doesn't get a tackle it's because you broke the tackle.

Hit or miss the dude has like 12 consecutive 100 yard games. He broke a HoF record with the total yards from scrimmage in his 2nd year. Became the 6th dude to run for 2000 and now is chasing Barry sanders 100 yard game streak. He might not be trucking over people but who in the league is doin what cj is doing

He seems like he really enjoys playing. All the Titans seem like they have good "chemistry".
