what this sentence is surround by are quotation marks. they are used to quote people. now if you are miss quoting someone that is called slander. but someone who wears xbox undies and a master chief helmet wouldnt understand that.

 

Well if you aregonna be all grammer police like, technically he has quoted no one because there are no parenthises next to the quotation, indicating ownership of the quote in question. Oh and btw ps1 beats all you're guys' consoles.
