    Its still 13 mil a year in new money. they can just move some of the signing bonus to this year... but it won't work out anywhere near 11 mil a year. Probably an overpay. Not sure why the Colts always use their QB this way, I would try and give Manning/Luck a real running game or defense instead of 4+ WRs.
