Cops: Star athlete at high school really 22

    We had a guy who played high school football with us who had just turned 20 his senior year (He had immigrated from Russia when he was in grade school) Apparently, it was completely legitimate because everyone knew his age. From what I understood, moving from Russia to America set him back a few years in his education.
