He had 98 catches for over 1300 yards playing in a real conference. I'll take that production.

Williams rated 18th in the nation with a 5.5 percent drop rate, or something along those lines. You are completely over exaggerating the drops.

I prefer Davis...but the only worry is his playing vs average competition. Can he do it at the next level? It seems so...but at 5, is it risky?

At his pro day, compared to Evans' time at the Combine, which is much less forgiving. Some scouts timed him in the 4.6 range.

I'd say Williams is comparable to a poor man's Mike Evans.

Williams is the fifth pass catcher I'd take.

    OJ Howard
    Davis
    Ross
    Njoku
    Williams

I just don't see anything special there.

Swap ross and Williams and that's my list as well.

Just wait at 18 and take whoevers available/left.

Oh of course, Corey Davis, the most productive receiver in NCAA history, didn't have real production.

Davis produced more playing in one less game.

I was arguing with the fact that you said Davis was more productive. Williams played a legit schedule, carries more weight to me.
