lol, he's saying Rivers didn't do anything to earn those passes, and he's right. They were all wide open. Blown coverage.

Finnegan made some nice plays, but definately was burned for one potential TD before Griffin came to the rescue, and on the sideline pattern before the int he was beat again. But Rivers made a bad throw. I like that tho'. I like a guy who is always near the play, or making the QB make some over the top throws instead of easy underneath throws.

 

no, most of them were cortland's fault. griffin and harper were both playing cover three on most of those long passes when finnegan was playing cover two.

griffin also bailed him out in the endzone after chambers spanked him on a double move.

cortland has played a lot of good ball this season, but it's a damn shame he picked yesterday to have his worst game of the year.

 

He probably (along withe every other corner we've had over the last 3 seasons) tells JS that their better in man coverage. Probably gets a bit upset when he makes them play to their weaknesses. But, that's schwartz. Guy's as dumb as they come.

 

One interception, a forced fumble, and eight tackles. If you ask me, Finnegan made the most of his position yesterday. It was the scheme that screwed us over. In the second half, it seemed like the coaches wanted him to cover the perimeter and jump slants, only Rivers never threw any.
