    Well if you say that it would send the wrong message (as in we are going to sign a player who has not passed several drug tests, been suspended, walked away from football, and see if he can turn it around), then who ever signs T.O. is sending the same wrong message (not the same with drug tests, and that stuff, but with controversies and creating problems among players).

    Id say he is going to Oakland. Brees will probably wind up in Miami and Culpepper in Oakland.
