Dan Reeves wants to be a Titans coach

    he just said during draft conversation that he's a Vince Young fan and he might call Tennessee to see if they need a coach because he'd love to coach Vince

    He was on the set. I don't recall if it was NFL Network or ESPN because I flip back and forth between them when one goes to commercial.

    He thought the best pick was a TEnd. I'll pass. He can't jump on the bandwagon now. Isn't he consulting with the Texans right now....

    Any interviews I've seen with Reeves in refrence to Young, he has compared him to Elway. Elway played predominantly in a shotgun system in college, Young's further along than Elway was coming out, etc.

    I view Dan as a person setting himself up to be the temporary coach of the next mid-season fired staff. Kind of a specialist at bridging the gap between a ****ty team and a new administration. Where Dan sees weakness, he makes himself known to the owner. Good thinking on his part. You could stay fully employed doing this in the NFL given the attrition rate for coaches.
