    he was a defensive assistant coach i think and responsible for LBs.

    he is very respected for his knowledge of the game. also, with two up and coming LBs, i'm sure he helped them in the limited time they had together, leading up to the season and off course during.

    whoever is pleading for young coaches doesnt make a very strong case imo. our best assistant, Jim W, left us and he is by no means 'youthful.' and after watching our line struggle mightily, i wonder how much of a factor he was.

    the new guy who will work with Maxie - Millard i believe - will try to aid the LBs in pass rushing skills (according to Tennessean.com.)

    more specifically, I like the way Mike pointed to Akeem in particular. after a season where we were very close to dead last in sacks, you need a better performance from everybody.

    at the beginning of the season, i thought he was going to be a force and while he was coming on towards the end, he didnt get to or rattle the QB nearly as much as i envisioned.

    if we are going to be better next year, we will need more from him...

    Any "Fisher-guy" we lose is a great thing.

    Giving Munchak a pass. For now, at least.
