There are still some solid kickers left on the board

I really like Kareem Martin. I think he has the frame to add more weight and be a solid 3-4 DE who can also slide inside as a rush DT in a 4-3 look. Versatility is key for Horton.

Nix is the big body that could man the NT spot, but I'm not convinced that he is really that much better than a few big guys we could get later.

Hageman is the prototypical 3-4 DE. He is extremely athletic for his size.

Demarcus Lawrence is the best 3-4 OLBer left on the board...but Van Noy and Attaochu aren't bad options.

At CB I like Phillip Gaines at this point in the draft

A bunch of really solid WRs left...Lee, Mathews, Latimer, Robinson, Moncrief, Adams

Of course we have the QBs...It won't surprise me at all if we pick Carr, Garoppolo, or Murray.

All the RBs are on the board, but I don't take one here. Get the value later.

We just need to stay where we are and take who falls to us.

We had our pick of QBs at 11 and went with a future pick in the 1st so starting to think we're not going QB for a while. We can get a good RB in the 4th so I would like to see NT or LB in the 2nd.

Thinking it'd be impossible to move back and pick up a 3rd

Saints traded a 3rd to move up from 27 to 20..Browns traded 3rd to move from 26 to 22.. Vikings traded a 4th to move from 40 to 32..

Looking at that, I don't think a team would give us a 3rd to move to 42, unless we move 15+ picks back.. A team moving from let's say 43-50 to 42 would likely only offer us a 4th.

We knew we weren't going QB in the 1st because we didn't bring in any QBs with 1st rnd grades. We did however bring in Carr, Garopollo, Murray, Mettenberger. These are guys with 2nd to 4th rnd grades. So don't be surprised if we take one if they are available.

I think we need to add more 3-4 guys now but we'll see. Not having a 3rd really kills us.

Nix, Hageman, Jernigan, Demarcus Lawrence, Van Noy, Attaochu, Kareem Martin are all 3-4 guys who would could get this rnd.
