I completely disagree that we need starters this yr. What we need is for our starters to play better. We need the OL to improve its play. We need Hunter to be the factor he is supposed to be. On defense we need Wreh-Wilson to step up replacing Verner. We need Ayers to be the factor at 3-4 OLBer that he should be. We need Morgan and Casey to adapt to the new defense.

But most importantly we need Locker to stay healthy and be the franchise QB we drafted him to be.

we have a bunch of question marks on this team with our potential talent. This draft we need to continue to re-stock our talent and the best way to do that is to draft BPA.

Can we at least get 1 guy for this year? Lee doesn't do much for me on the 2014 Titans.

OH! I know, we could have waited. but they decided to get their OT now as the safe pick, truly because I believe the other guys they wanted who they thought were gonna fall to them got drafted (namely Barr & Ebron). Since you brought this up, because the Titans did already use their 1st round on a position that wasnt a true need this season, why should they use their 2nd on a WR that also isnt a need?

QB or RB needs to be the 2nd round pick unless they have plans to trade some of next years picks to get back into 2nd or earn a 3rd round this year.

Exactly why I didn't have a problem with the Taylor Lewan pick at all. Filled a BIG hole, and protects Locker or replacement. Huge pickup at #11, he could have easily went at 6 to Atlanta, or not long after.

Looking at the current needs of the team now, and all the great players that could be in the 2nd round tonight, how awesome would it be to land Carr or Garoppolo at 42, then trade back up into the 2nd round and grab Hyde or Sanky?

Does anyone believe those RBs are worth losing next season picks for? With our new O-line looking solid, would be nice to have the QB & RB to go with it starting this season.

If Carr or Garop doesnt fall to us at 42, then I see Titans taking Hyde at 42, and just waiting til 4th to get a QB.

I would just sit back and wait for the 4th or 5th rnd to grab a RB. Lots of good ones in this draft. Just not a bunch of top end RBs, but solid depth into the 5th or 6th rnd.

Lol.... Thinks the pick that upgrades the trenches is dumb because of $$$ but wants to take ANOTHER WR when we don't have a legit QB.

Please let us trade back 6-10 spots in pick up a 3rd. There are plenty of good D players left on the board like Ealy, Van Noy, Attaouch, abd guy from Standford. Plus a lot of Corners.
    2. Rush LB/DE/CB
    3. Mason- OR Murray if there is a QB run
    4. Murray- or RB if we pick in third
    5. Avery Williamson- ILB

And with what exactly will you be trading back into the 2nd round with? Future picks are too precious to keep wasting away, and they're devalued an entire round.
