Only fighter I honestly see as a test is Winky Wright at this point, and that's because he'd be fighting a 1) MUCH larger fighter and 2) a fighter with very competent ring generalship and very good defensive skills, with the power to test perhaps (although Wright doesn't have the capacity to knock him out, probably only dismantle an offense). If they could find a catch-weight at middleweight, I would LOVE to see this as a boxing fan. However, what does Floyd still have to prove? I wouldn't have an issue with him retiring at this point...

Casual fans would probably kill themselves rather than watch that fight though, but I think it would be amazing. Bottom line, I don't see a single fighter out there who can make it an EXCITING fight for Floyd. I thought Judah could have, because he has power and speed to match Floyd, but mentally, he just isn't there at all.

Yeah, Winky has the defense, but it's a defense that just about any fighter can use. The turtle-shell. He only started using that defense after he was knocked silly due to the lack of defense and his weak chin.
I hate watching Wright mainly because he doesn't do anything special. Not many gifts, just a jab. He doesn't place perfect shots or anything. Just stays in the shell and jabs.

It'd be nice if we had an entire field of Manny Pacquiaos, or Rafael Marquezs, but when you're in a career so competitive some guys are just going to play the chess match and win fights doing what they need to do. Floyd treats it like a job, and that's why he's unbeatable. The moment he starts brawling, he becomes Sugar Ray Leonard and then will retire with losses.
