I'd usually stay out of trying to help an organization that I'm not a fan of, however I feel it necessary in this instance. I feel there is one coach in the NFL that just doesn't get enough credit. He's a brilliant strategist, makes the most out of very little, and is a borderline defensive minded genius.
He's kept his job as a head coach for longer than anyone in the NFL. That must mean something, right? He hasn't made much noise in the playoffs in the past near decade, but it's only due to the terrible players he's stuck with- and city, fans, etc.
The man I speak of is none other than Tennessee Titans head coach, Jeff Fisher. And lucky for you, I hear coaching the Dallas Cowboys is his dream job. I could only imagine, it'd be a dream hire for you as well. You're almost guaranteed to win a super bowl with Jeff Fisher. There are no other qualified candidates but he anyway, so please... for the sake of the Dallas Cowboys, please hire Jeff Fisher this offseason.

He wants it. You want it. Your fans want it. Make it happen!

Dear Jerry, please do it ASAP because I hear that Bob McNair also wants him back in Houston.

Borderline? Don't sell him short Deuce. The guy is an absolute stud. I have no way of verifying this, but I have it on good authority that he was actually the true mastermind behind that amazing '85 Bears defense. Being the good guy he is though, he let Buddy Ryan take all the credit. What a great guy. Absolutely no ego whatsoever. I might even go as far as to call him the perfect head coach.

But he is a players coach. Its his only drawback, he supports his players no matter what the guys might do.
