I think it's always a linebacker, in most defenses the MLB makes the calls for the front 7, the deep 4 usually aren't involved other than their coverage assignments.

 

considering keith calls the plays now and is in every one of our packages, plays damn near every snap and never misses games, i'd say he's the safe bet.

 

bulluck or hope. just depends on which position they want to go with. which position is the most favorable?

 

arent they talking about having 2 players able to wear wired helmets but only 1 wiredup helmet on the field at a time?? so that there is a back plan?? would it then be bulluck the main guy with hope the back-up guy??

KB has lost a step or two over the years, that being said, I see him wearing it, and then Tullouch. Here's hoping he's the starting MLB come start of the season.

 

The other player would have to be a backup, because if it was Hope for the other one, he wouldn't be eligible to be in the game with KB in their too. So I agree, it would be Stephen Tulloch, because LB is the position that is the leader of the defense, and are responsible for not only the Dline shifting and audible assignments, they are on the field more than a guy who rotates, and can see what the QB is doing a little better than someone so far in the secondary like a Safety.
