    Two of the highest scoring offenses in NFL history lost in the playoffs this weekend because they went up against two very good defenses.

    Agree...looks like I underestimated the Giants here. Their D has been pretty tough today. 49ers D really played well yesterday as well (despite the score).

    If the Giants hold on here it will be good to see a NFC Championship Game in the Bay area again. It has been a long time.

    Definitely. It just irritates me when people say, "It's a passing league! Draft receivers in the first round and outscore the other team!"

    The two most important things in the NFL right now is a quarterback and a defensive line.

    This has been an amazing week of football, beside that Bronco and Patriot game.

    It's going to be great to see the Giants and 49ers square off next week. A game between 2 defenses..

    Don't forget about the Ravens, who went to New England last year and beat the patriots.

    The Patriots are the only team left who don't play defense.
