http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2004_NFL_Draft#section_1 We had 13 selections in the 2004 draft. Why am I looking at 2004 you might ask? Because they were talking about Eli and he was the first pick of the 2004 draft class. Just look at how awful our selections were this year. Only ONE of those picks are still with the team(Eugene Amano) and only ONE had any sort of success(Jacob Bell) who is now retired. I guess you could say Randy Starks is having a decent year with the Dolphins however, he was a scrub here. Remember these names? Travis Laboy Antwan Odom Ben Troupe Randy Starks Bo Schobel Rich Gardner Eugene Amano Jacob Bell Michael Waddell Rob Reynolds Troy Fleming Jared Clauss Sean McHugh Was Fisher this bad at judging talent?
Starks has actually done really well in Miami. But that year, and the year after I think when we went all in for WR instead of DE like 04, are what REALLY set us back. Two really bad draft classes in a row, plus two first round busts shortly after dismantled this franchise.
Bo Schobel's got more Super Bowl rings than the entire Oilers/Titans franchise. That's gotta sting Bud Adam's rectum.
Reasons Jeff Fisher shouldn't be allowed to draft his teams players Sen'Derrick Marks Chris Henry Adam Jones Andre Woolfolk over Nnamdi Asomugha Kevin Dyson over Randy Moss (but then again when Fisher did get Moss he just benched him) dude is pretty bad at evaluating talent. I'd say we've drafted better these past 2 drafts than Fisher ever did.
THEN YOU A BAD FAN. just kidding. McReynolds was the d-head who was always in trouble for domestic violence. Clauss was nobody at DT, not NFL material. We have a knack for finding those kinds of NFL players. McHugh did nothing here, then went to Detroit and did a little somethinng
