It's unlikely and I agree with you. However, it is possible. Lions lost Avril in free agency and KVB was released. They signed Jason Jones and rumor is he'll line up some at RDE, which is stupid... they should of learned from us. They only have Ronnell Lewis and Willie Young on roster at DE, who combined have 27 tackles and 3 sacks in their careers. They need DE help and there's still some DEs on the market they may target. After the sudden retirement of left tackle Jeff Backus, the release of guard Stephen Peterman and the departure of free agent Gosder Cherilus, who signed with the Indianapolis Colts, the Lions need to boost the offensive line. The Lions also brought in Glover Quin (who i'm assuming will play CB) to pair with Chris Houston (resigned for 5 years) and they have Delmas & Spivey at S. DE and OT are bigger needs than CB right now. Cleveland signed Kruger and have Sheard who can play the other OLB spot. At CB they have Haden, who's legit - but got caught using PEDs. Other than that they having nothing. I really can't find a reason Cleveland will let Milliner slip unless they fall in love with a pass-rusher.
