Describe the scene: Titans Win the SuperBowl

I often have dreams of this. It's been since 1995, that one of the teams I follow religiously has won a major sports title (the Atlanta Braves). But I've never lived in Atlanta. I can't describe to you what it was like in Atlanta during game 6 of the '95 series, when the Braves shutout the Indians, 1-0 to clinch the World Series. I was an 11 year old kid living in Old Hickory, staying up late to watch the final out.

I often have dreams, that the Preds win the Stanley Cup and all of BSA spills out into the streets of lower Broadway. I imagine people abandoning they cars on Broadway, to party to totally random strangers (the only time I've hugged a stranger at a sporting event was the 2012 Vandy-UT game).

So paint the picture. What does lower broad and 2nd ave look like on the night, the Titans win the Super Bowl? Be as vivid as you want because, let's face it, this may be the closest we ever get to even sniffing a SB Title.
