I guess were watching different games. Not gonna act as if he doesnt, but not gonna act as if our WRs are good either.


Decker couldnt catch an wide open pass yesterday. He did have one the best games but he really wasnt that impressive.

Mathews is the only solid WR we have, and he isnt WR1 talent either.

 

We gonna ignore he's playing with one of the best TE's in the game, one of the best RB's that can catch out of the backfield, etc?

We'll agree to disagree on this. I can understand your argument, MM8 at times has not looked comfortable in the pocket throwing. This could be because he's thinking too much about what coaches want him to do. Maybe Watson is given the green light to sling it? I mean his last game he was just throwing up jump balls and Hopkins was getting it.

I notice when we're losing and down, MM8 plays a lot better as he's able to play more in a hurry up style that fits his quick decision making and passing abilities.

 

Look at what he did with Brandin Cooks at Oregon.

Both years he made him a 1,154 & 1,720 yards WR.

 

Ah. So your criticism is only for certain players...

players we draft = rookie year. if they don't produce after a while then thats on them. but criticizing players who are just getting their feet wet is stupid. People are sitting here criticizing players who literally haven't played a full season yet.
