I would have thought he would be used more as a 3rd down back/slot receiver much like the Saints use Bush. Get the ball in his hands on reverses, screens, swing passes, draws etc. Anything where he can set himself behind his blockers and get the ball in his hands in the open field. If nothing else use him as a decoy.

His hands are obviously not good enough to be receiving passes down the field regularly and it is a waste playing him at corner whn he doesn't have the ball in his hands.
