Devin McCourty

    I think we need to draft Devin McCourty. I've seen him projected anywhere from 2nd round to 5th round.

    Devin is a SR at Rutgers, and his twin brother... Jason McCourty is already on our team.
    I guess Devin is quicker, and is a great special teams player. Looks to be a tough guy, run around a 4.4-4.5 but very quick (agile). I think if we could get him in the 3rd rounder that would be cool. Twin brother reunite!!

    My guess is Devin could end up as high as the 2nd round if he runs well. I'd definitely like him in the third assuming we don't go CB in the 1st. He could help fill ST needs as well as provide depth at CB.

    Hah you know it would be cool. Our depth being: Finny - McCourty - McCourty haha

    Yeah i'm guessing DE 1st round? (should trade down, good DEs later) pickup a 2nd - draft McCourty. 3rd round draft LB.

    He better run in the 4.4 range to go in the 2nd. Seems like a bit of a reach to me. He could be there in the 3rd.

    If we do trade down and get a 2nd I hope someone like Perrish Cox would be there.

    McCourty has real fast football speed and plays very fast. I would almost hope he runs closer to a 4.5 so he falls to us. Incidentally Jason ran a 4.3 at his pro day but I think Devin plays as fast or faster and probably is the better overall football player.

    Perrish Cox looks awesome. As long as he stays out of trouble I'd love to have him. Decently big CB with speed who's a good PR/KR is what we need.
