I've been thinking about the future of this team. We're either on the verge of something special, or we're 5 months away from rebuilding.

But what if say we go 11-5 and make the playoffs, does our best coach stay, or does he leave for a chance to run things again somewhere else?

Whats say you? What ends up of Greg Williams?

Most likely he sees an easy target in munchak. He knows he could probably resign here and see a HC promotion within a year.

Im thinking we play well enough to have a winning record, is Greg Williams willing to hang around another year to see if Munch gets a new deal in 2015? I doubt it.

If we do well I think Williams D gets most the credit, and he gets another shot to coach a team.

He might also feel pressure or end up liking the team here enough to stay. You never know. Maybe he sees something special and decides to stay cuz he thinks we could get him another ring,

Before he signed here, he was the rams D coordinator. So it's hard to say he was really looking for the HC job.

Well that was the job that he was getting before the nfl came down on him for the saints situation.

Right, but he never coached them, the league stepped in and stopped that from ever happening

Few months ago Williams said TN felt like "home" to him. So there's a chance he's loyal to Munchak and sticks around. But IDK

I just have this feeling we'll win games, his contract will expire, he'll get offered a nice job somewhere else.

If we win, Gray is back with Munch, do people really believe Greg Williams will stay around as a position coach? Ha!

Its a miracle we landed Williams to begin with, he should be a HC not an assistant to a stupid ass.

Yeah... But the point wasn't if he actually made it to actually coaching them... It was the fact that if the NfL didn't step in, he would be the rams D coordinator.

So that goes to say, was he truly looking for a HC job? He's been big time for the saints, he could have left them at any time after the SB.
