No you can't. Particularly a rookie. But I don't want Rusty anywhere near the starting QB conversation for next season. I'm fine with keeping around as the #3 though.

 

Is there a Qb in the draft that has a strong arm and can be mobile when he has to like Rodgers?

Im not talking about Cam Newton, but a real passer that can be coached up. there has to be someone like Rusty but more Advanced. Theres going to be a really good Qb to come out of this draft, it's a matter of finding who it is.

 

I'd rather let rusty run the offense than mcnabb. like steverife said.. mcnabb throws at people's feet a LOT.

If we want a QB like Brady, Brees, Manning, or Rodgers we will need to tank the entire season and draft Andrew Luck in 2012. I see Luck being very, very similar to Aaron Rodgers. If we get him, we damn well better plan on passing more than 45% of the time.

 

3 year 50 million dollar deal. No less. If KFC can make 5.5 million, then McNabb should get a legit contract. Get fat albert back too

 

If tanking next year would guarantee us Luck, then I'd be all for it. Gotta have a franchise QB to win in the NFL, period.

 

No, not if we can land a Black QB who is a passer that only runs as a last resort. I wouldnt want Tim Tebow either.
