    This rule might end up backfiring on the NFL. Coaches won't want to give the other team the ball on the 25 for free, so you might see more pooch kicks inside the 5 or 10 yard line to try and force the other team to return. If you can consistently stop them before the 25, it's a win for you.

    1) Pre Kick Off Commercial
    2) Kick Off
    3) Commercial

    Just I duno... Talk about the game during the time? I know NFL wants their money from commercials but it's such a dreaded time during the game.
