    He has enough experience and a series or two is a waste of time in game that dosen't matter. Give him all the rest he needs

    If for nothing else just to know his leg is healed

    I can see giving him the first week off, but he definitely needs to start the 2nd and 3rd games, playing 2-3 quarters in them.

    Hopefully they only give him a couple of drives this week.

    He doesn't need rest, he needs to get hit and tackled to get over the mental hurdle that comes with a serious injury.
