Draft a Team game: administrative issues

So far the leaders are:

1. No trades, 1-6

2. Allow rookies 4-2 (both nays favor a supplemental draft)

3. No head coach demotions 4-2

4. Allow retired coaches 4-2

5. Allow college/UFL coaches 5-1

6. Coaches draft before main draft 3-2 (need Toronto's vote)

We'll go with these majorities if the votes don't change by noon tomorrow, and we'll do the coaches' draft starting tomorrow if that's kosher. It should be very short (3 rounds). I'm actually cool with doing it first because it gives us a little bit of a heads-up as to others' drafting strategy.
