    Nfl 2011 draft:

Trade the 8th and 201th picks to Jagaurs for 16th and 49th overall
Logic: They are in need of QB help early and i beleive redskins, vikings will jump early on one and i believe the jagaurs will also, i feel none of the 1st round grades will turn out any production so it wont hurt us letting the jags snag whichever one they pick

    Round 1
    16th: J.J Watt, Wisconsin DE
    Round 2
39th: Stephan Paea. Oregon State DT
49th: Stefen Wisniewski, Penn State C
    Round 3
105th: Christian Ponder, Florida State QB
    Round 4
    105th: Mason Foster, Washington OLB
    108th: Kelvin Sheppard, LSU ILB
    Round 5
139th: Jeron Johnson, Boise State SS
    Round 6
    170th: Zach Hurd, Connecticut OG

I'm not a big fan of JJ Watt, but I like the overall idea....if we traded back that far, Id be tempted to take Akeem Ayers at 16 and a DE like Greg Romeus at 105. I LOVE the 2nd and 3rd round picks you have for us though...basically as you said the entire draft there can come in and compete. This draft really sets up well for our needs.

I just like watt's size he will bring to the d-line
as long as we address that or lb in the first round of the draft it doesnt matter to me i feel this draft is full of d-line and linebacker talent, i wouldnt mind seeing ayers either on the team as for romeus that back injury kinda scares me but if he can get back to his former self he will be a late round steal

Agree 100%..this draft is loaded with talent at our needs..and you're right about Romeus, his injury is a concern, but if he can prove he is 100% he'd be a steal in the 4th. I also liked the idea another poster had about drafting Dareus in round 1 and Paea in round 2...move Jones to DE.

that would be nice i love dareus i just didnt see him being there it just depends on how the draft goes its always full of surprises, he might fall for us if all the teams with qb needs jump on the ones available this year and i just dont see paea making it out of the first round there is alot of talent there but yeah if he makes it out im all for it

    Our current picks: 8,39,77,108,139,170,201

    Titans won't get a 4th (105) from the Vikings for VY, Instead I'll say they get a 5th (135)

    Titans trade #8 (1st), #139 (5th), and 201 (7th) to the Lions for #13 (1st), #44 (2nd), and #106 (4th). Reasoning: Lions trade up for Prince Amukamara.

    (1st from Lions) #13 - Cameron Jordan (DE - Cal - 6'5 287)
    (2nd) #39 - Stephen Paea (DT - Oregon St - 6'1 295)
    (2nd from Lions) #44 - DeAndre McDaniel (SS - Clemson - 6'0 213)
    (3rd) #77 - Christian Ponder (QB - Fla St - 6'2 222)
    (4th from Lions) #106 - Greg Romeus (DE - Pitt - 6'5 270)
    (4th) #108 - Kelvin Sheppard (LB - LSU 6'2 250)
(5th from Vikings) #135 - Clint Boling (OG - Georgia)
    (6th) #170 - John Clay (RB - Wis - 6'1 248)

What's up with the back to back defensive lineman? We do have other needs on defense.

I like it overall, my one change would be taking Akeem Ayers at #13. Ayers, Paea, McDaniel, and Romeus would fill holes at every level of our D. I can't argue with taking Jordan, just a big fan of Ayers.
