SUMMARY: Titans Coach Jeff Fisher admits finding the next quarterback to guide the team long-term after Steve McNair is a priority. Fisher was asked about the possibility of taking a skill-position player with the third pick of the draft, given that Vince Young, Matt Leinart or Reggie Bush would be there for Tennessee. "From looking at the skill positions, and if you’re going to address the future of your franchise at the quarterback position, then that’s the case," Fisher said. "But beyond that, at that pick, we have a lot of options." When asked whether having McNair paired with a rookie QB is an ideal situation, Fisher said it would be. "I know what Steve can do, and we still have some work yet to be done, but I believe that is the perfect scenario."

  4. Not really. You have to take everything they say in public with a a grain of salt. Actually... a whole salt shaker...

You aren't saying that in 5 years if the QB you drafted is a bust, huh.

Should the Titans re sign Steve McNair and at what price should they be willing to pay?
