Okay both Woolfolk and DRC played for small football programs which means that if you have good numbers then your automatically called a "sleeper" so teams will draft that player earlier than they should. Second is the combine and all of those other workouts. Woolfolk pretty much made his draft stock rise from the combine. Here's proof. The Titans drafted someone just like I'm talking about right now. That's Chris Henry.

Small football programs? Andre played for Oklahoma!

The couldnt be anymore dissimilar. and if my memory serves me right he only played CB for one season and we selected him in the first. Before that he was an WIDE RECEIVER/Safety! The titans just drafted him on potential because he was big and fast (the story of that draft with Woolfolk, Calico, and CB)

DRC has played CB and dominated the competition on his respective level, then shut the top WRs in the country down, then killed the combine. If anything this off season he has shown that he is the REAL DEAL and not a product of the level of competition that he faced

Okay I got him and Waddell mixed up on colleges, I'll take that but the point I was making is what you just said! Combine player, drafted on potential, and why would the Titans pick him in the first if he only played corner for 1 year? Who did DRC shut down in a real game? Practice is one thing but in a game situation is different. I'm sure he'll be a good player but a HOF? At this stage not even drafted yet, was the point I was making.

He really didn't even dominate his level. He was very good but to say he was dominant is an over statement. To not even dominate his respected level causes concern but if he was there at #24 would I pass him..........not a chance. Thing is he's now top 15 at the least.

NFL GM's are drooling over what this kid could be. He has a sky high ceiling and coaches always think they can coach up potential. I can't remember anybody ever making this kind of buzz from such a small school. He went from being basically off the map to the lay fan to being a houshold name in a matter of about 2 months.

Samari rolle might be a better comparison than sanders. I do think the kid is going to be a good one.

I don't see the woolfolk comparison at all. Mathis would be a better one and he was also from a similar school(bethune cookman).
