Berrys future will be decided a day into Free Agency

 

I think we'll put a solid bid in on him. I'd gladly pay $12-13M for the guy, and would like to believe he'd rather come here over JAX if money is the same. We have a better team, Lebau as our DC, and he played college at UT and is from northern Georgia.

The Jags have pools in their stadium and a yearly "home" game in London.

 

I don't know that he'll definitely come here, but I see it more and more unlikely that he stays in KC.

 

The good news is that it doesn't look like they can keep Poe and Berry. So perhaps we nab one of them.

 

Berry has pretty much told KC to sign him long term or lose him. He won't play under the tag again

 

Can we remove the rumor tag and replace it with B.S. the story should read the Jags hope they can land Eric Berry.....along with 31 other NFL teams. Stupid

He ain't staying in kc I would like to get him. But I would much rather draft and pay our guys the money...

that being said i doubt there is a strong safety of his caliber in the draft so I wouldn't be against giving him a front loaded contract for four years
