Munchak was a great position coach, too. Making him any more than that was a mistake. Just because you can teach a pass rusher does not mean you are qualified to coordinate an entire defense with DB adjustments, blitz packages, coverage schemes...

I hired (/created) Horton in my Madden career and we went 14-2 and won the SB in his first season. Just sayin'....
