The Taylor Thompson experiment needs to be over. He should be moved to DE and then subsequently cut because he'll probably suck at that too.

 

We had Ebron in for a visit. A good sign for those who want him. If we don't have you in chances are we aren't drafting you in the first.

AC Leonard would be a nice fall back later in the draft.

 

I hated that pick then, and I hate it now.....Ugh...what a waste

 

Ebron is going to be a very good player. Dynamic, he's going to cause headaches for opposing defenses.

Honestly, I rather pick Ebron or Evans at 11 then Justin Gilbert, despite CB being more of a need. Can never have too many play makers.

 

It was a late round pick. Not a bad risk. Sometimes those pay off.

 

We're talking about a coaching staff that had no idea how to use Jared Smith or Craig Stephens.

With that in mind, not a snowball's chance in hell they were going to succeed in turning a DE into a TE. Give the guy another year. He can block, he is athletic... He has shown enough to warrant another year.

Yeah, but only gave up an even later pick to get him

 

He's shown promise at blocking and special teams. For a #3 te that's pretty real good.

 

It's worked for Craig Stevens all these years.
