Expecting police to just fix the problem without accountability is not going to get you anywhere. If there are issues with police violating human rights then lawsuits are the best way to get their attention. Police departments are like any other government bureaucracy. They max out their budgets every year so paying for lawsuits hits them hard. Once they have to start paying for bad behavior Police brass will correct the problem real fast. It is a cynical way of dealing with a problem but it works. Sure works a lot better than whatever the LAPD has tried.

yea they can kill this guy, but lapd has ****ed up royally. you cam expect some big issues after this guy is caught. personally, i want to hear his story, guy is about to blow the roof off of something.

I hope he does call Charlie Sheen and tells him everything.

Im in Southern California right now, its like being in Nazi Germany. Granted thats how it normally is here anyway but now its twice as bad. There are check points up all over looking for him. Cops are riding double sometimes three and four in a car. All in full tactical gear, wanted signs up with his picture all down the freeways.... kinda unreal. Apparently police here have opened fire on 4 innocent people they thought were him. Nervous cops with itchy trigger fingers and a gunman with nothing to loose.... not a good combo.
