  1. OK, you weak-knee fair weather fans........it's Lambau field, minus 3 degrees and a packed house.......we can't even fill up the stands when it's 60 out and threatening rain. And we won't even mention all you early departers, that leave the game mid 3rd quarter. Do us all a favor and take a look at what REAL fans endure, win or lose.

Am I right or am I wrong?

I remember that game we played the Packers in the preseason. It was pouring rain, and they were getting abused, but the fans wouldn't leave. It was amazing.

  3. If it was a playoff game, or even if the team was a playing well, fans would show up.

Plus... what the hell else is there to do in Green Bay?

About as much as there is in tennessee. But they have snow, so actually, they're 1 up on us. Snow angels, snowball fights, skiing, sledding, etc trumps watching bugs zapped on the porch.

Oh -also in that preseason game, it was delayed, and they were there til about 1 a.m. Preseason, work night. Pouring rain. Getting pounded. They still wouldnt leave.

Having grown up in South Florida attending Dolphins games with thee most fairweather fans in the league - who could rarely avoid blackouts unless they played the Steelers or Cowboys, Titans fans are SO much better than that.. Old league teams are simply hard to compare to..

Coldest Titan game I attended was the divisional game against The Steelers (the Nedney Fireworks game) and it was about 20 degrees that evening and felt like it was 15 below.. Not too many folks left early that night..

Coldest game was the Christmas night against the Cowboys.

  7. Yep. And as I recall, it wasn't a packed house but the attendance was good. Why? They were winning.

Hard to compare to Packers fans. They're freaking crazy. Not many teams measure up to them.

If we get a home playoff game, you won't have to worry about having a full house. The Chargers game to me was very impressive this year. The stadium was full, and it really had energy. True, it's hard to get a full stadium on a chilly rainy day to watch us paste the Texans... just not that exciting...
