Fess up - the flicks etc. that SCARED you the most!

Jesus Camp...

 

Most of these I was a kid. Horror films are more watched for fun rather than frights for me now.

The Exorcist - It still bothers me sometimes. Demonic possession is a legitimate fear of mine, even if I'm not particularly spiritual or superstitious. The way possession was done was just really disturbing.

Pet Semetary - I had just had a cat die and it was buried in my back yard, so seeing this sort of messed me up. Especially when the dead child came back.

Cujo - I saw this when I was around 7 or so. While it didn't make me frightened of dogs, it did make me extremely wary of rapid animals, even if the murderous nature of the disease was a bit exaggerated.

Candyman - Still won't do 'Candyman' or 'Bloody Mary' in a dark bathroom.

 

That movie was not as interesting as I was expecting. I watched it on Netflix a few days ago.It is not much different than going to a not-all-that-extreme pentecostal church on any given Sunday. Not that eye-popping to me. Some of my old bands have played at "christian" events more outrageous than this.

I did crack up at the kids praying for the George Bush cardboard cutout though.

That's enough before I get moved to Taboo.

Back to the subject at hand:
The Toxic Avenger scared me to death.

 

The Hills Have Eyes was kind of freaky.

Same with Wrong Turn. Apparently I just dont like incest looking creatures.

 

The dead chick from Gothika freaked me out pretty bad for whatever reason.
