    Just going on the history of the Titans. They will not offer anything that an Oakland, Washington or a KC will. We train them, make them stars and let someone else benefit. (Sometimes it works in our favor!)

    yeah after the mega contract we gave CJ that doesn't really seem like a good idea anymore, I doubt we give Finnegan anything near what he'll be asking for.

    That's very possible, and would only cost the team between $6.22M - $6.459M. Very affordable now since franchise tags aren't the average of the top-5 salaries at each position.
